Founder and CEO
Rosetta Xaba
Rosetta is a distinguished professional in the financial and accounting services sector in South Africa.
Rosetta started her career as a Science and Mathematics teacher from 1988 to 1993. She then made a career change and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2001 while serving her articles with KPMG. She worked up to manager level managing audit assignments in external and internal auditing. She joined Deloitte Consulting and serviced public sector clients as an outsourced CFO. Another major role was managing a project to develop the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) e-Learning material which was rolled out to municipalities on behalf of the National Treasury.
In 2007 Rosetta established her own company, Rossal No 98, a company which provides business consulting, auditing and business advisory services.
Rosetta serves as an independent non-executive director on several boards including JSE listed challenger bank Finbond Group as well as investment holding company Conduit Capital.
Rosetta is passionate about giving back and runs a scholarship programme for deserving learners in rural Swaziland with her husband. She is also the Treasurer for the Little Eden Society for the Care of Persons with Mental Handicap, a charity focused on providing lifelong care to children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
